why is it so hard to
find a good copywriter ?

There certainly are a lot of us out here. But talented writers who can maintain good business relationships and consistently meet deadlines---writers who are high quality, low maintenance and focused on results---they’re not so easy to find. I learned this when I managed a corporate communications department and needed to hire copywriting services on a regular basis.
